This is the core of Stephen Covey’s & 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
Before implementing the Leader in Me curriculum in our chain of schools, Franklin Covey Foundation conducted training sessions for teaching staff, managerial staff and the supporting staff, across the campuses. In this training everyone on the school premises was trained to be a leader in his own way.
Later on parents’ orientations were also conducted to take them on board and to inculcate the 7 habits of highly effective people in domestic environment as well.
